We are looking for a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This position will be based on a hybrid work scheme in Guadalajara - Acueducto, requiring three days a week in the office and two days from home, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This position involves working with insurance processes, understanding policies and terminology, providing excellent customer service to clients and policyholders, and handling health-related situations with focus and attention to detail. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and basic knowledge of Excel. The focus is on SGMM and life insurance.
