Role Overview
Everfox is seeking a motivated Hybrid Inside Sales Representative to support our federal sales organization by driving pipeline generation while partnering closely with Account Executives to grow and manage customer relationships. This role operates at the intersection of new business development and account execution, dedicating approximately 50% of time to lead generation and pipeline development and 50% to collaborating with Account Executives on active opportunities and existing customer accounts.
What You Will Be Doing
- Pipeline Generation & Business Development (50%)
- Research and identify potential federal customers through industry databases, social platforms, marketing programs, and events to build a qualified pipeline for Everfox.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce Everfox solutions and generate new opportunities.
- Own inbound and outbound leads, conduct qualification calls with prospects, and convert qualified leads into opportunities.
- Engage prospects to understand mission priorities and position Everfox’s cybersecurity solutions to address their needs.
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls, product demonstrations, and technical discovery sessions with Everfox Solution Engineers.
- Deliver high-level product overviews and tailored presentations that communicate the value of Everfox solutions.
- Nurture marketing-generated leads and develop prospects into sales opportunities through consistent follow‑up and relationship building.
- Build and manage an active pipeline of prospective federal accounts and document expected timelines to close.
- Strategize with Everfox Marketing and Sales leadership on outbound campaigns, sales plays, and event-driven pipeline initiatives.
- Drive participation in Everfox webinars, seminars, technical exchange meetings (TEMs), trade shows, and other marketing events.
- Educate prospective customers on key cybersecurity topics such as AI security, Zero Trust, and Insider Risk.
- Account Collaboration & Sales Execution (50%)
- Partner closely with Everfox Account Executives to manage active opportunities and support transactional deals under £150K.
- Collaborate with Area Directors and Inside Sales Managers to strategically target new business within assigned federal territories.
- Manage the upsell and cross‑sell sales process for existing Everfox customers to grow the installed base.
- Assist Account Executives with quarterly pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity progression.
- Own opportunities through early stages of the sales cycle and manage them until handoff to the Account Executive at the Proof & Validation stage.
- Coordinate technical discovery sessions with Solution Engineers including architecture discussions, demonstrations, and whiteboarding sessions.
- Work with Deal Management, Quoting Operations, and Order Fulfillment teams to support pricing, proposals, and renewals.
- Generate budgetary quotes, update opportunity quotes, and log purchase orders within the CRM system.
- Maintain strong relationships with Everfox channel partners and support reseller communications throughout the sales process.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups and regular customer check‑ins to ensure satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
- Analyze customer health alongside the Everfox federal sales team to identify potential risks, gaps, or churn indicators.
- Sales Operations & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity records, contacts, opportunity stages, and pipeline data in Salesforce.
- Update MEDDPICC and Deal Board fields throughout the sales cycle as directed by Account Executives.
- Track prospecting activity, qualification progress, and sales engagement metrics.
- Prepare activity reports, pipeline updates, and forecast data for Everfox sales leadership.
- Ensure all customer interactions, contact information, and account activity are properly documented in the CRM.
- Secure NDAs when required and manage documentation associated with opportunities.
- Customer & Partner Engagement
- Represent Everfox professionally in all customer‑facing and partner‑facing interactions.
- Present Everfox solutions to technical teams, business stakeholders, and C‑level decision‑makers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal Everfox stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to customers by directing them to relevant Everfox resources, product information, and technical documentation.
- Participate in internal sales meetings and contribute ideas that improve sales processes, retention strategies, and pipeline development.
What Experience, Knowledge, and Education We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or inside sales, preferably in cybersecurity, enterprise software, or federal government markets.
- Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
- Experience supporting full sales cycles in collaboration with Account Executives.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
- Working knowledge of enterprise technology solutions, cybersecurity concepts, or related technologies.
- Strong ability to build relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Effective communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Experience managing small to mid‑sized accounts and supporting moderately complex sales.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining accurate pipeline tracking.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment.

A reasonable estimate of the on‑target earnings (“OTE”) for this role is between: £41,600.00‑69,200.00 GBP. The actual OTE offered may vary within the range based on a candidates’ unique experience, locale, and business needs.
