More about the role: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with a passion for consumer PR and influencer marketing (particularly creative storytelling across earned and social, the influencer landscape and media relations). As a Senior Account Executive with a focus on influencers, you will be a proactive worker able to identify, engage and evaluate influencer partnerships with expertise and attention to detail. You will be able to take client objectives and audience information and use Burson’s advanced data tools to identify exciting and effective influencer solutions. You will help to deliver influencer campaigns end to end, including co‑creating on‑brand content ideas and contracting and negotiations. Finally, you will be able to produce accurate and insightful evaluation reports that bring useful learnings and recommendations for future client work. This role is vital to many of our biggest clients and a key part of our work with them but will have a predominant focus on Activision Blizzard.

About Activision Blizzard: The world’s largest video games publisher, Activision Blizzard brings epic entertainment to millions of people around the world through legendary franchises like Call of Duty, World of Warcraft, Diablo and Overwatch. As Senior Account Executive, Influencer, you will be helping to drive successful UK and EMEA influencer activations across all franchises, operating as the key client contact ensuring we deliver best‑in‑class creative and execute flawless campaigns. You might be at a major streamer event one week, staffing interviews with game designers the next, then working on cultural insights for a major game launch.

What you’ll do:

  • Play a key role in delivering influencer campaigns, supporting seamless execution across client projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and creators, becoming a reliable day‑to‑day contact.
  • Develop creative, storytelling‑led influencer concepts that drive engagement.
  • Identify and recommend best‑fit creators across key platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch).
  • Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring content is on‑brand and meets objectives.
  • Analyse performance and produce insight‑led reports to shape future strategy.
  • Support creator events, managing outreach, logistics, and execution.
  • Contribute to budget tracking while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and continuously learning team culture.

Experience that contributes to success:

  • Understanding of the influencer landscape and key channels, especially as it relates to the gaming industry.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and a track record of executing successful campaigns for major brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate both complex data and creative ideas.
  • An understanding and familiarity with key influencer tools including Discord, Sideqik and StreamHatchet.
  • Great attention to detail and time management when it comes to project management, reporting, contracting and more.
  • A love and enthusiasm for the gaming industry.
