Johnson Controls is a global leader in building technologies. Password Services delivers HVAC service and small–medium installation projects for commercial clients. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead HVAC project delivery, ensuring safe, high-quality, and commercially successful outcomes.
The Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of small and medium commercial HVAC projects, from sales handover to completion.
- This is a hands‑on role combining office‑based coordination (Droitwich) with site activity.
- You’ll work closely with engineers, subcontractors, coordinators and clients to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: design input, installation, commissioning, and handover.
- Plan programmes, labour, and materials.
- Conduct site surveys; oversee engineers and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality, energy performance, and compliance.
- Manage budgets, costs, variations, and profitability.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance (RAMS, audits).
- Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
- Project management experience in HVAC/building services.
- Track record delivering commercial projects end-to-end.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV/VRF, chillers, ventilation).
- Commercial awareness (budgets, timelines, subcontractors).
- Health & Safety knowledge (CDM).
- Strong communication and ability to balance site/office work.
Preferred
- Service/install HVAC environment experience.
- Relevant qualifications (APM, PRINCE2).
- H&S certifications (IOSH, NEBOSH, SMSTS, CSCS).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings.
- MS Office and project planning tools.
