We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installation Operations Manager to lead the overall performance of the Password Services installation business, with full accountability for delivery, customer relationships, and commercial outcomes.
What You Will Do
- You will take ownership of installation operations, including P&L performance, delivery, and business growth.
- Leading a team of engineers, coordinators, and project managers, you will ensure strong performance, customer satisfaction, and high‑quality delivery.
- This is a hands‑on leadership role combining operations, customer engagement, and business development, working closely with clients to drive service excellence and identify new opportunities.
