Riello is a brand leader in manufacturing systems and technologies for heating and cooling in the residential and professional sector. For a variety of industries, it has developed an extensive range of safe and sustainable burners, powered by blends of hydrogen or biofuels and with ultra-low NOx emissions. Riello is also part of Carrier Global Corporation, a leading global provider of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and building automation technologies.

This person will be reporting to the National C&I Technical and Sales Manager and will be in charge of supporting the sales team from a technical perspective, analysing customers' special requests and offering technical solutions while maintaining a constant and fruitful dialogue with the HQ Application Engineering Department. At the same time, he/she will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the new burner segment (turnkey solutions, process sales), managing new projects from early stage to final delivery, ensuring the achievement of the project’s targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collecting the data of the application of the customer.
  • Preparing, potentially with the support of other company functions, the offer (technical configuration, cost estimation, delivery date estimation, etc.).
  • Providing technical support to the customer and the sales force.
  • KPI reporting (win rate, delivery time, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Energy or similar).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in the role/similar industries would be an asset.
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively discuss with other departments, explain the sales office needs, and efficiently promote the most important and urgent activities.
  • Initiative to overcome the criticalities intrinsic in a process that involves customised products.
  • Goal-oriented attitude to contribute to achieving the results requested by the sales department management.
