This is an exciting opportunity to join the Cardiology Service at Davies Veterinary Specialists, working alongside our highly skilled clinical teams and collaborating closely with colleagues across our well‑established, multi‑disciplinary hospital.
Our fantastic facilities include a GE Vivid E95 cardiac ultrasound with 3D trans‑oesophageal imaging, newly re‑developed onsite imaging suite with 64‑slice CT, interventional suite with a new Philips Zenition 50 Mobile C‑arm, and an Abbott electrophysiology and radiofrequency ablation system.
The ideal candidate will hold an ECVIM or ACVIM‑Cardiology Diploma, but board eligible candidates who have completed an approved cardiology residency programme will also be considered. Applicants must also hold, or be eligible for, membership of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Experience in cardiac interventions is essential, as is being personable and working cooperatively with colleagues.
