  • Lead AI-Driven Product Innovation and Monetization: Lead the integration of AI into governance workflows and intelligence offerings, with a strong focus on usability, trust, and security.
  • Guide decisions around build vs. buy, model selection, data strategy, and platform scalability.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Develop deep understanding of multiple buyer personas (board members, corporate secretaries, C-suite executive leaders).
  • Use customer insight, data analysis, and market research to guide prioritization.
  • Balance enterprise requirements (security, compliance, scale) with usability and workflow efficiency.
  • Act as a senior product spokesperson with customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Lead High-Performing Product Teams: Build, develop, and inspire a strong product management and design organization, setting clear standards for customer-centric product thinking.
  • Model executive-level leadership, clarity, and accountability.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Bridge the gap between engineering, advisory and the revenue, CS and marketing teams around product prioritization.

  • Commercial go-to-market experience translating product strategy into revenue growth, retention improvement, and expansion.
  • Ability to engage credibly with engineering leaders and partners while communicating value clearly to non-technical partners.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to build alignment and influence across functions.
  • Experience with product analytics and design tools such as Pendo and Builder.io.
  • Ability to travel internationally to visit teams, clients, and partners.
