  • Identifying mechanics to drive enthusiast buyer health
  • Working with Analytics to track Buyer Health and understand most impactful levers
  • Working with CRM and Buyer Success teams to drive enthusiast engagement throughout the funnel and across owned channels
  • Improving end to end experience for our buyers and Buyer CSAT drivers
  • Understanding drivers of CSAT issues and building plans to address them
  • Collaborating with APAC team on improving CBT import experience and associated CSAT
  • Review and propose ways to improve retail standards for buyers (segmented by Focus Experiences)
  • Oversee end to end delivery proposition for buyers, ensuring clear and reliable information
  • Collaborating with partner teams on new launches to improve enthusiast buyer health
  • Identifying opportunities to drive Live adoption through the experience
  • Go To Market for any buyer launches in market
