We’re looking for a leader who can take our global experiential partnerships to the next level, someone who can own our presence at the world’s most iconic cultural moments, from Formula 1 and Coachella to Glastonbury, Madison Square Garden, and beyond. You’ll scale our footprint across festivals, stadiums, art fairs, film weeks, and every creative gathering that matters, shaping new hospitality concepts and steering multi‑million‑dollar P&Ls with confidence. Alongside the Global Partnerships Director, you’ll drive major marketing partnerships and unlock new business for 2026 and beyond, bringing a black book of senior‑level contacts and a track record of closing big‑ticket deals where you were the lead figurehead. As a global brand partner, you’ll nurture relationships with some of the world’s top 50 brands, working across departments, and with our C‑suite, to elevate their experience, deepen their investment, and build long‑term strategic growth with Soho House.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead experiential partnerships: Oversee all current partnerships (Formula 1, Coachella, Madison Square Garden, Spotify Camp Nou, Glastonbury) and drive the growth of new global experiential opportunities.
  • Expand global event presence: Triple Soho House’s footprint across major music festivals, stadiums, sports events, film festivals, art shows, and creative industry moments.
  • Manage experiential & hospitality products: Oversee development of new hospitality concepts with full multi‑million‑dollar P&L responsibility.
  • Deliver new marketing partnerships: Secure new global business for 2026 and beyond in collaboration with the Global Partnerships Director and wider team.
  • Lead major advertising deals: Demonstrate ownership of high‑value marketing/advertising partnerships where you acted as the senior figurehead.
  • Leverage senior‑level network: Bring a strong black book of C‑suite and senior marketing contacts, with immediate brand partnership opportunities ready to explore.
  • Manage global brand relationships: Co‑own relationships with Top 50 global brands alongside the Global Partnerships Director and Sales Director for Private Hire & Bedrooms.
  • Drive strategic brand growth: Nurture and cultivate long‑term partnerships to increase overall brand spend with Soho House.
  • Collaborate with C‑suite leadership: Ensure Soho House leadership regularly connects with senior brand counterparts to strengthen global relationships.

What We Are Looking For

  • Sales / Commercial Experience - 15+ years’ experience in a director, VP, or C‑suite sales / commercial role.
  • Communication – Excellent verbal & written communication skills is a must, with the represent the company at networking events or conferences as required.
  • Global Brand Contracts – A strong black book of contacts and experience in managing at the highest level.
  • Experiential Experience – Negotiating and executing large scale experiential pop‑ups or leading commercial deals at leading global cultural events.
  • Strong Sales Acumen – Responsibility for driving significant commercial value and sales to an organisation.
  • Team Management – Experience of successfully managing & developing a team is required.
  • Entrepreneurial – Mindset or experience as a founder, naturing be able to think of new partnership opportunities / products and be motivated by scaling businesses.
  • Global Experience – Experience running teams in multiple regions in UK, US is a must, with Europe, Asia, LATAM experience as a bonus.
  • Soho House Knowledge – Must have a deep understanding of the Soho House brand or be a current/ former member of Soho House. Visiting multiple houses in different countries, and stayed in bedrooms & used soho Health club is a bonus.
