Full‑time role, 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday). Location: HMS Sultan. Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training in Marine Control Systems and Diagnostics.
- Support departmental tasks within your skill set as required.
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Assess student coursework and provide constructive feedback on performance.
- Ensure trainee welfare and progression throughout the training delivery.
- Follow all security, health, safety, and environmental procedures while maintaining professional development records.
Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Proficient use of IT (hardware/software) in the workplace.
- Proven experience in Electrical and Electronic Engineering principles.
Desirable Skills / Experience / Qualifications
- Level 3 Teaching Qualification/DCTS Defence Train the Trainer Course or equivalent completion.
- Previous instructional experience in a military or civilian engineering environment.
