Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Role Overview
The Senior Manager, International Fulfillment owns the end-to-end performance of international fulfillment operations, ensuring operational excellence across D2C and B2B channels. This role moves beyond day-to-day warehouse management into strategic leadership—driving scalable processes, KPI excellence, cross-functional alignment, and long-term network optimization. The Senior Manager builds high-performing teams, develops future leaders, and ensures fulfillment operations are commercially aligned, data-driven, and continuously improving.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Fulfillment Leadership
- Own fulfillment performance across all EMEA warehouse operations
- Define and execute a 12–24 month fulfillment roadmap aligned with company growth strategy
- Lead capacity planning, peak readiness strategy, and network scalability initiatives
- Partner with Logistics and Supply Chain leadership to optimize end-to-end flow from production to customer
- KPI Ownership & Performance Management
- Establish and own a robust KPI framework (OTIF, order accuracy, despatch speed, inventory accuracy, cost per order, returns cycle time)
- Drive data-led decision making and implement corrective action plans when performance gaps arise
- Lead monthly business reviews with warehouse teams and 3PL partners
- Translate operational metrics into executive-ready reporting
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Managers and operational teams
- Drive engagement initiatives to improve team eNPS and retention
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization
- Identify and implement workflow improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve customer experience
- Standardize SOPs across sites to ensure scalable and repeatable processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and data insights
- Inventory & Returns Governance
- Ensure accurate inventory management with real-time visibility and strong controls
- Oversee cycle count programs and annual stock audits
- Optimize returns processes to balance operational efficiency with customer satisfaction
- Cross-Functional & Commercial Alignment
- Partner closely with Logistics, E-commerce, Customer Service, Finance, and Sales to align operational execution with business priorities
- Support product launches, peak events, and commercial campaigns with structured fulfillment readiness plans
- Provide fulfillment expertise in strategic initiatives (e.g., system migrations, new 3PL selection, network changes)
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years experience in fulfillment, warehouse management, or supply chain operations
- Proven experience managing multi-site or 3PL warehouse environments
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel and WMS expertise
- Demonstrated success improving KPIs and reducing operational costs
- Experience leading leaders (not just individual contributors)
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on when required
- Comfortable presenting operational performance at senior leadership level
