This is a high-impact leadership role within the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) segment of GE HealthCare. The Global Digital Strategy & Projects Lead is responsible for architecting and executing our end-to-end global upstream digital strategy. As a visionary digital pioneer, you will lead the evolution of our Martech ecosystem and serve as the central point person for complex digital projects that bridge the gap between innovation and customer experience. Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Marketing, this leader will drive digital transformation by applying systems and design thinking to create a seamless, data-driven journey for our global audiences. You will ensure that our digital presence not only reflects our mission to “improve lives in the moments that matter” but also serves as a powerful engine for market development and business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Digital Strategy & Martech Leadership
    • Martech Stack Strategy: Develop and own the global Martech stack strategy, ensuring tools (such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Adobe) are integrated to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable impact.
    • Upstream Digital Strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive end-to-end upstream digital strategy that aligns with long-term business goals and NPI (New Product Introduction) roadmaps.
    • Systems & Design Thinking: Apply systems thinking to ensure digital initiatives are interconnected and design thinking to keep the user at the center of every digital solution.
  • Website Excellence & UX
    • Global PDx Website Strategy: Lead the strategy and management of the global PDx website, ensuring it serves as a premier destination for healthcare professionals.
    • UX & Conversion Optimization: Oversee user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve performance across all digital touchpoints.
  • Campaign Architecture & Influence
    • Omnichannel Architecture: Design and implement global omnichannel campaign architectures that deliver personalized content through the right channels at the right time.
    • Digital Opinion Leader (DOL) Programme: Develop and lead a pioneering DOL program to identify and engage digital influencers in the MedTech and Pharmaceutical space.
  • Project Management & Data Governance
    • Agile Project Management: Act as the primary lead for complex digital projects, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
    • Data Governance & Standards: Establish and enforce global data standards and governance to ensure compliance, data integrity, and actionable analytics across the marketing organization.
    • Analytical Mindset: Leverage high-level judgment and data-driven insights to recommend best practices and solve complex digital challenges.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Progressive experience in digital marketing strategy, Martech management, or digital project leadership within a global B2B or healthcare organization.
  • Digital Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, including campaign management, search, social, and marketing automation tools.
  • Agile Mastery: Proven track record of leading large-scale projects using Agile or similar project management frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Strong experience operating in a matrixed environment and influencing senior stakeholders across global and regional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Exceptional ability to translate complex business goals into scalable digital strategies and compelling customer journeys.
