Capital are seeking an experienced and client‑focused professional to join our Global Client Services team. In this role, you will lead the full lifecycle execution of client transition activities, delivering a market‑leading client experience. Acting as an extension of the Relationship Management team, you will interact directly with clients and external parties, leveraging project management best practices and deep industry knowledge to drive operational excellence. You will also play a key role in developing team processes, championing continuous improvement, and serving as a subject matter expert to help cultivate team capability and knowledge.
You will contribute to the team in the following ways:
- Lead full lifecycle execution of client transition activities, autonomously delivering complex implementation and ongoing operational servicing needs to a market‑leading standard.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and external parties, representing the Relationship Management team in meetings and operational discussions.
- Leverage project management best practices to lead cross‑functional meetings, manage senior stakeholders, track and complete activity tasks, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
- Vet contractual and supplemental agreements with internal and external parties; prepare and audit legal documentation and review with clients as needed.
- Assign and execute team tasks for implementation and servicing activities including compliance checks, agreement vetting, status reporting, dashboarding, and SFDC account setup.
- Lead the development of team processes, procedures, and knowledge; drive operational impact assessments and implementation of new or enhanced technology and processes.
- Serve as a technical and/or process subject matter expert, proactively sharing best practices, lessons learned, and recommending opportunities for continuous improvement.
