We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Director (AVP equivalent) to provide enterprise oversight of the Firm’s Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Framework. This role is responsible for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of global third‑party risk standards, ensuring alignment with the Firm’s risk appetite, policies, and regulatory obligations across the third‑party lifecycle.

In the Corporate Services division, we empower our businesses by creating collaborative workplace solutions and commercial services that enhance the employee and client experience, while optimizing the value of our sourcing and third‑party lifecycle to enable the Firm to do‑and‑win business. This is a Director level position within the Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties / vendors.

What you’ll do in the role:

  • Own and maintain the global Third Party Risk Management framework, standards, and procedures, ensuring consistent application across regions and business lines.
  • Define, monitor, and enhance key risk indicators (KRIs), thresholds, and management information used to oversee third‑party risk.
  • Drive quality assurance, issue management, and continuous improvement activities to ensure consistent, defensible risk outcomes.
  • Translate evolving global regulatory expectations into scalable, practical programme and control enhancements.
  • Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to balance centralized governance with jurisdiction‑specific requirements.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory exams, and reviews through strong documentation, evidentiary traceability, and timely issue remediation.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives to simplify processes, enhance control maturity, and improve efficiency across the third‑party lifecycle.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • At least 6 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of third‑party risk management, operational risk, or related risk frameworks within large, complex organisations.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and overseeing global risk frameworks and governance models.
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into practical, scalable controls.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk trends and quality of outcomes.
  • Effective communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, international environments.
  • Experience in third‑party risk management, operational risk management, or a related control function.
  • Background in financial services or similarly regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory exams, and internal reviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
