Help us create a better future, quicker. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers who contact us for a General Enquiry. Responsible for ensuring customers are managed well through our General Enquiries process end to end liaising with key District staff and Contract partners to deliver exceptional service. In addition to this, responsible for delivering the close down where relevant to ensure customers are fully satisfied with the work we have completed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for management of customers from the initial contact to passing on to the relevant team to complete the work required.
- Responsible for close down calls (where relevant) to flush out any areas of dissatisfaction before closing off any enquiry that the individual personally manages.
- Responsible for reporting to ensure we understand how we are performing and where our areas of improvement are.
- Responsibility for identifying areas of improvement for the improvement plan.
- Responsible for delivery of the action improvements alongside your team and with the direction of your team manager.
- Responsible for call taking for general enquiries calls.
- Expected to take on a storm role (call taking) for severe weather events and busy periods.
