Your role

  • Provide expert project leadership across a range of multidisciplinary projects.
  • Lead on project delivery, ensuring high standards in both quality and programme.
  • Support the growth of the practice by identifying opportunities, mentoring others, and contributing to business development.

  • Able to demonstrate experience of developing strong and sustainable relationships with Clients, understanding their requirements and aspirations, and working effectively with them to achieve their objectives.

  • Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills with proven ability to build and motivate teams working across the practices.
  • A hard working and flexible individual, who is a team player, is reliable, proactive and shows initiative whilst able to keep cool under pressure and when working to often demanding deadlines.
