We are seeking a talented individual to join our Motor Claims team here at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid basis, with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have excellent communication skills.
We will rely on you to:
- Investigate and process motor insurance claims
- Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
- Assess claims validity and ensure timely settlements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
What you need to have:
- Previous experience in insurance claims handling is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in using claims management software
