- Manage, coordinate and enable resourcing, budgeting and policy creation for a significant sub-function.
- Foster and guide compliance, ensure regulations are observed that relevant processes in place to facilitate adherence.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of how the function integrates with the business division / Group to achieve the overall business objectives.
- Use interpretative thinking and advanced analytical skills to solve problems and design solutions in often complex/ sensitive situations.
- Negotiate with and influence stakeholders at a senior level both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
- 5+ Years experience in a technology leadership role designing and developing on-line internet facing channels.
- Proven ability to define and execute internet channel strategies from inception aligned to the corporate banking segment.
- A proven track record of managing highly utilized critical client facing applications that demand ‘always-on’ designs and thinking.
- Demonstrate experience of owning end to end digital client journeys across on-line applications ensuring they are consistent, usable and provide a premium user and client experience.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams including product managers, UX/UI designers and senior on-line platform and application developers.
- Possess a strong understanding of emerging digital trends and technologies.
- Experience as the operational lead for the day to day effectiveness of on-line platforms including corporate websites, online portals and self-service platforms.
- Ability to define and prioritize product roadmaps, feature enhancements and technical upgrades in an enterprise environment.
- Collaborate with Technology, Security, Service Management and Product Teams.
- Effectively manage external partners, vendors and agencies to support the development of technology solutions.
