Role Overview
The General Manager ClassforKids role is within the Non‑Profit & Education (NPE) Software Company. The role plays a pivotal role in driving ClassForKids’ sustainable revenue growth, product performance, and customer outcomes. Reporting to the NPE SoftCo General Manager, the role is responsible for determining the ClassForKids growth strategy, driving this into executable commercial plans, and leading cross‑functional teams to deliver against key financial and customer metrics. This role owns the three‑year product‑level commercial strategy, defining the “WHAT” of product direction and enabling delivery through strong matrix leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Drive overall revenue growth across retention, expansion, and new business.
- Own annual revenue targets, forecasting, and product‑level commercial planning.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and pricing/positioning improvements.
- Determine plans to execute on those opportunities, execute and deliver the results.
- Align commercial plans with The Access Group and the NPE SoftCo strategy.
- Continuously scan for emerging market dynamics and bring new commercial insights to the leadership team.
- Product Direction & Roadmap Ownership
- Define and lead the strategic direction for the ClassforKids product.

- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
