About the Role

You will play a key role in driving finance transformation through automation and AI enablement across multiple teams and geographies. Your work will reduce manual effort, improve processes, and strengthen how finance uses data and technology.

This role operates in a fast‑moving environment where priorities can evolve, requiring you to manage multiple initiatives, adapt quickly, and take ownership from idea through to delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver end‑to‑end automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency across Finance
  • Identify and assess new automation opportunities, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions
  • Build and maintain solutions using tools such as Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Copilot, and Power Automate
  • Support and enable a network of citizen developers by troubleshooting, guiding delivery, and sharing best practices
  • Contribute to AI enablement by developing and maintaining prompt libraries and supporting adoption of new capabilities
  • Manage project progress using tools such as Wrike, ensuring delivery stays on track and priorities are clearly managed
  • Monitor tool usage and costs, and guide solutions through governance processes from intake to final sign‑off
  • Promote continuous improvement by measuring impact, identifying enhancements, and following through on outcomes

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in a finance digital transformation role, automation project role
  • Proven ability to solve problems, analyse data, and engage stakeholders effectively
  • Experience in business analysis and managing projects through to completion
  • Hands‑on experience with Alteryx, Qlik Sense, or similar automation and BI tools
  • Understanding of finance processes or prior experience working in finance
  • Clear and collaborative communication across diverse teams
  • Strong problem‑solving approach with attention to root causes
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and follow work through to completion
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn in a changing environment
  • Ownership and accountability for delivering outcomes

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Experience with automation and BI tools (e.g., Alteryx, Qlik Sense, Power Automate, Copilot)
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills to generate meaningful insights
  • Project management knowledge, including tracking and delivery oversight
  • Understanding of solution design and process optimisation
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python
  • Experience supporting AI or prompt‑based solutions
  • Exposure to working with Data & Analytics teams
  • Experience within finance or financial reporting environments
