We offer a 12‑month programme designed for ex‑military veterans, delivered within our Energy Networks and Renewables businesses. The programme provides customized career development and industry experience, culminating in a potential transition to permanent roles.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Explore your career aspirations and assess your skills to create a customised programme.
  • Participate in formal training courses and hands‑on experience across different sites.
  • Gain knowledge of the industry under the guidance of an experienced mentor to prepare for a future career.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of military service and no more than 2 years post‑service by 5 November 2025.
  • A valid driving licence is required to travel to various sites during the programme.

Applicants who are not citizens of the country of the vacancy must comply with applicable immigration requirements. The Company will provide support for necessary immigration requirements where required.
