We offer a 12‑month programme designed for ex‑military veterans, delivered within our Energy Networks and Renewables businesses. The programme provides customized career development and industry experience, culminating in a potential transition to permanent roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Explore your career aspirations and assess your skills to create a customised programme.
- Participate in formal training courses and hands‑on experience across different sites.
- Gain knowledge of the industry under the guidance of an experienced mentor to prepare for a future career.

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 4 years of military service and no more than 2 years post‑service by 5 November 2025.
- A valid driving licence is required to travel to various sites during the programme.
