We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead Fever’s event growth in the UK and Ireland. In this role you will build and oversee a high‑performing team, drive regional profitability, forge strategic partnerships, and shape the future of live entertainment in the region.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the team for the UK and Ireland (Project Managers, Producers, Location Scouters, etc.) to drive growth.
- Ensure team members achieve their quarterly quality and revenue targets through regular performance audits.
- Define the region’s growth strategy to maximise sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality, aligning with quarterly and annual KPIs.
- Manage the local portfolio of experiences based on data analyses, strengthening Fever’s market penetration.
- Develop and maintain high‑level relationships with senior stakeholders from major entertainment and real‑estate companies.
- Manage large local partners and expand our local network.
- Negotiate and close business deals with partners.
- Support the scalability of experiences to other cities, with travel opportunities.
- Report performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to local team members.
- Execute detailed business opportunity and process analyses.
- Represent Fever at local events and conversations.
Qualifications
- Project management/startup or consulting background (9+ years).
- MBA from a top‑tier school preferred.
- Fluent in English.
