As a Director, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of complex cyber engagements, strengthening senior client relationships, and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale. You will also help expand our market presence by supporting business development and shaping our Financial Services cyber offerings.

  • Lead and oversee delivery of complex cyber and technology risk programmes, particularly across cloud security, data security, and transformation initiatives.
  • Provide strategic advisory on cyber risk, cloud transformation, data protection, and enterprise security architecture.
  • Take ownership of multiple concurrent high-value engagements, ensuring delivery quality, risk management, and commercial performance.
  • Support and lead business development activities, including proposals, client pitches, and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Play a key role in scaling our Financial Services cyber practice, including developing propositions and go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across cloud security, data security, and regulatory-driven transformation programmes.
  • Support delivery and growth on strategic accounts, including large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
  • Ensure consistent application of industry frameworks and regulatory expectations (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, FCA/PRA expectations, DORA).

The role is for you if:

  • You have extensive experience in cyber security or cyber advisory, with a strong focus on Financial Services (banking, insurance, or capital markets).
  • You have a proven track record of leading large, complex cyber transformation programmes, particularly in cloud and data security.
  • You bring deep expertise in cloud security (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP), data security, and modern security architectures.
  • You have strong experience managing senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, CRO level) and navigating complex organisational environments.
  • You are comfortable owning multiple engagements simultaneously, balancing delivery quality with commercial performance.
  • You have experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within tier 1 Financial Services organisations.
  • You understand regulatory expectations within Financial Services, including FCA/PRA requirements, DORA, and data protection regulations.
  • You have a strong understanding of cyber risk frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls).
  • You have experience in business development, including leading proposals, originating work, and expanding client relationships.
  • You are an experienced people leader, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • You are commercially driven, strategic, and delivery-focused, with the ability to operate at pace in a high-growth environment.
