As the main marketing point of contact for the NWE field sales team, the FMM will drive field marketing initiatives across the region, reporting to the Sr Manager, Field Marketing, EMEA. The role focuses on campaign planning, events, budget management, analytics, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and report on F5’s regional marketing plan, aligning initiatives with field sales and strategic marketing requirements.
  • Collaborate with the NWE Channel Marketing Manager, solution marketing teams, and local language partners to support regional activities.
  • Provide marketing support to sales leadership, communicate strategy and contribution clearly.
  • Own marketing planning, budgeting, and resource allocation for the NWE region.
  • Analyze campaign data, report on KPIs, and demonstrate contribution to EMEA marketing goals.
  • Manage the NWE field marketing budget, ensuring compliance with fiscal and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate with local finance and legal teams for budget and compliance matters.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and activities.
  • Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and report violations promptly.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Experienced marketer with a passion for working with field sales, skilled in planning, executing, and reporting on online and offline campaigns.
  • Adaptable in fast‑changing environments, capable of pivoting quickly, juggling multiple tasks, and executing campaigns at a high level.
  • Prior experience within a global security/software organization is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of target regions and local language skills preferred.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with sales and marketing colleagues across the business.
  • Experience managing budgets and planning with field marketing funds.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Strong cross‑functional and cross‑regional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient with PC tools including Microsoft Office; familiarity with Tableau and Marketo is valuable.
  • Experience with GDPR and double‑opt‑in countries is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Work primarily in a normal office environment, sitting at a desk or computer table.
  • Use computer, telephone, and reading printed materials.
  • May need to work outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends, and be on call periodically.
