Job Description

The Shopper Excellence Manager drives commercial success through promotional orchestration, perfect store execution, and digital shelf excellence.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy with Commercial & Marketing leadership to drive category growth.
- Enable organization with tools and analytics to identify gaps and opportunities in shopper fundamentals.
- Maintain collaboration between consumer marketing and sales, understanding customer needs and shopper behaviors to achieve retail execution excellence.
- Collaborate with sales channel leaders, Consumer Marketing Managers, Shopper activation managers, CatMan experts, and Management Information & Analytics for continuous improvement.
- Drive value creation and extraction through better shopper experience with retail partners.
Qualifications
- Degree in marketing or business administration preferred.
- Previous experience in Shopping Marketing, RGM or Sales.
- Shopper and customer‑first mindset.
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
