Pax8 is hiring a Content Designer for our Farnborough or Bristol office to create engaging Academy learning experiences that empower our partners across Europe. The role blends modern design, AI tools, and micro‑learning principles.
Responsibilities
- Design new partner‑facing Academy content on a wide range of topics, from practical enablement to thought leadership.
- Create micro‑learning and modern learning assets, including AI‑supported video.
- Adapt and localise learning content for regional audiences, producing multilingual versions with AI translation where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Academy leaders and stakeholders to uncover learner needs and translate them into effective learning experiences.
- Build learning experiences in Pax8’s LMS, ensuring content is intuitive, accessible, and consistently high quality.
- Apply adult learning fundamentals to all work, making learning practical, relevant, and engaging.
- Showcase work through examples such as one‑pagers, battlecards, and creative assets.

Your work will help thousands of small businesses across Europe learn faster, sell smarter, and grow with confidence. You will shape Academy content across EMEA and set the standard for quality, style, and learner experience from the ground up.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high‑quality design work using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Confidence using modern AI‑enabled tools (e.g., Synthesia, HeyGen) or strong motivation to learn them.
- Ability to turn messy inputs into clear, learner‑friendly outputs.
- Strong stakeholder listening skills and collaborative approach.
- Balance creativity with structure, meeting quality, consistency, and deadlines.
- Positive, open working style and positive energy in collaboration.
- Bonus: German language capability or experience supporting multilingual content.
Salary & benefits
Salary: £34,000 – £43,000, depending on experience.
