We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative professional to join our European Consulting Team as a Talent Strategy Consultant, focused on supporting our clients and business across Europe in the field of Talent & Reward (Compensation & Benefits). Depending on your background and level of experience, you will support HR consulting analysis and work in the field of HR Rewards (Compensation & Benefits). Our typical clients are international companies with headquarters across Europe and subsidiaries of large global multinationals. You will regularly work closely with clients and a network of colleagues around the world. This role will be based in Warsaw, Poland, and is offered as a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting input on international reward structures and principles as part of client C&B projects.
  • Produce reward-related analyses and client deliverables (benchmarking, pay reviews, total reward statements, policy documentation).
  • Support the development and implementation of job structures, grading and job architecture exercises.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify/execute business growth opportunities across European markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-European teams and the central Warsaw hub to deliver projects end-to-end.

What you need to have:

  • Strong specialist knowledge in HR rewards, compensation & benefits, and job structures.
  • Preferably 4+ years’ experience in reward consulting and/or an in-house reward role within a larger organization.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong personal drive to deliver high-quality outputs on time.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Experience with IPE, job architecture, and grading frameworks.
