Estamos à procura de um talento para se juntar à nossa equipe de Mercer Assessments. Esta área faz a gestão, no Brasil, dos produtos voltados à avaliação e desenvolvimento de talentos – avaliações psicométricas e outras. O estagiário terá como missão suportar o time de Mercer Assessment de maneira a impulsionar as vendas dos produtos e desenvolver negócios. Este cargo será baseado em São Paulo - EZTowers.
Responsibilities
- Criar e acompanhar campanhas de e-mail marketing;
- Qualificar, nutrir e acompanhar leads;
- Apoiar a gestão de parcerias, auxiliando no planejamento de marketing, acompanhando leads e atuando como ponto focal para parcerias;
- Aprimorar o site da Mercer Assessments e o SEO utilizando insights da Mercer Índia;
- Preparar propostas técnicas e comerciais;
- Criar e revisar traduções (inglês para português).
Qualifications
- Cursando ensino superior a partir do 4º semestre em Administração, Comunicação Social ou áreas relacionadas;
- Interesse pelo assunto de avaliação e gestão de talentos;
- Conhecimentos no Pacote Office;
- Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
- Inglês B2 – intermediário +;
- Atenção aos detalhes, capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e dinamismo;
- Curiosidade e interesse em aprender sobre práticas de avaliações psicométricas;
- Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com prazos;
- Vontade de se desenvolver e crescer com a gente.
