Genesys is seeking an Associate AI Solutions Architect to join our AI-focused solutions team. This early-career technical specialist supports customer-facing AI initiatives, demonstrates prototypes, and validates AI use cases with guidance from senior AI Architects, Solution Consultants and Product Specialists.
You will help configure and test AI-powered experiences—virtual agents, agent assist, knowledge search and conversational AI workflows—and contribute to reusable demos, technical assets.
