What the Role Entails

As a Game Engine Developer in our Research and Development (R&D) department, you will build the foundational systems that power projects across our global network of studios. Unlike a standard production role, you will focus on creating scalable, high-performance tools and modular engine extensions that solve shared technical challenges for multiple overseas teams.

Who We Look For

  • Relevant majors such as Computer Science, Computer Graphics, Digital Media, Game Development, or related fields.
  • Engineering Excellence: Strong proficiency in C++ and Computer Graphics.
  • System Design: Experience building modular and scalable systems designed for use by other developers.
  • Advanced Engine Knowledge: Deep understanding of Game Engine internals, including multithreading, memory management, and client-server architecture.
  • Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, international teams across different time zones.
  • Additional materials submitted with the application (e.g., GitHub, portfolio, personal projects, or game jam projects) will be a strong plus.
  • Strong preference for candidates available for a 6-month full-time onsite internship.
