The role:
- Lead site planning, production control and materials management to deliver safe, reliable and efficient operations.
- Own short‑term Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) plans, ensuring site readiness to meet customer and business demand.
- Drive inventory optimisation, working capital improvement and on‑time, in‑full (OTIF) delivery performance.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, customer services and supply chain teams to deliver joined‑up plans.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
- Strong experience in supply chain planning, materials control and inventory management within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lead, coach and develop teams, creating a positive and inclusive working culture.
- Confident decision‑maker, comfortable working with complex data and balancing competing priorities.
- Clear communicator who builds effective relationships across operations, supply chain and customer‑facing teams.
