About the Role
Director of Partnerships to support our growing Partner Ecosystem in EMEA. You’ll join a high‑impact, collaborative partnerships organization that works closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and our North America partnerships team to build differentiated joint offerings and go‑to‑market motions with top‑tier partners across the AI and cloud ecosystem. In this role, you will forge and lead strategic partnerships with leading infrastructure, cloud and ISV partners across EMEA, with a strong focus on the Data & AI ecosystem. You’ll define joint strategies and integrations, drive co‑sell motions, and build scalable programs that accelerate revenue and market expansion. You will work cross‑functionally to design and execute quarterly business plans with partners and ensure our joint value proposition is clearly understood and adopted across partner GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the management of key partnerships, including infrastructure, cloud, ISV partners, defining strategy, go‑to‑market product integrations, co‑innovation, and joint offerings.
- Work with partners to develop new and innovative integrations and distribution models that drive revenue and expand the reach of CoreWeave solutions.
- Actively participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities to drive co‑sell with partners, partnering closely with the field and partner organizations.
- Proactively build relationships with partner GTM teams and educate them on the joint value proposition of CoreWeave and their respective offerings.
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement innovative partner marketing programs that support regional pipeline and revenue goals.
- Develop and execute quarterly business plans with partners, including goals, KPIs, and joint activities to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Nurture strong field engagement between CoreWeave teams and partner sales organizations to ensure active co‑selling and opportunity sharing.
- Serve as a visible ambassador for CoreWeave within the EMEA partner ecosystem, articulating our differentiation and competitive positioning.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with cloud and ISV partners.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud, and data companies, products, and use cases.
- Proven experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA and at least one of Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, or Google Cloud.
- Clear and adaptable communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences at all levels.
- Strong ability to develop compelling joint value propositions and cultivate champions within partner organizations.
- Top‑notch presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with GTM, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Strategic and execution‑oriented, comfortable working with ambiguity and building structured plans to achieve aggressive growth goals.
- Strong project and relationship management skills, comfortable spending significant time with external stakeholders to launch and grow partnerships.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: £130,000 to £175,000. Total rewards include discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
