We're seeking someone to join our team as an ODC Site Manager, EMEA Coverage - Director to manage the day to day operations, infrastructure oversight, audits, and risk compliance of Offsite Delivery Centers (ODCs) across EMEA. This role serves as the primary point of contact for site level governance, escalations, and incident management, ensuring ODCs operate in line with Firm control frameworks and regulatory requirements.

This is a Director level position within the Third Party Risk Management, which specializes in identifying, analyzing, and managing risks presented to a company as a result of working with external parties / vendors.
What you'll do in the role:
- Manage the establishment, modification, and decommissioning of ODC sites across EMEA, acting as the primary contact for site level governance, escalations, and incident management.
- Partner with Service Owners, vendors, and MS IT to ensure appropriate infrastructure coverage, asset tracking, and capacity planning across the ODC lifecycle.
- Oversee ODC infrastructure and network dependencies, identifying and addressing risks related to connectivity, data flows, scalability, and future space requirements.
- Lead ODC on site assessments and audits, ensuring adherence to Firm control frameworks and regulatory requirements, and driving remediation with third party vendors and internal control teams.
- Monitor business continuity and disaster recovery readiness, including real time tracking and reporting of external events impacting ODC delivery.
- Maintain ODC health indicators, audit dashboards, and inspection trackers, producing regular reports and presentations for senior management.
What you'll bring to the role:
- At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Operations, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT or infrastructure operations, vendor oversight, or risk management.
- Strong understanding of third party governance, offsite delivery models, and site level operations.
- Hands on experience conducting audits or risk assessments; familiarity with risk frameworks preferred.
- Strong coordination, problem solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Willingness to travel to multiple ODC locations as required.
