What you’ll do:

  • As part of the Octopus Energy Services team, we’ll ensure you have the best of everything you need to deliver the top‑class service we’re aiming for.
  • You’ll have the backing of Octopus Energy’s massive tech power so we’ll be able to constantly evolve and shift processes to ensure we’re always delivering our best service.
  • This should help to keep admin to a minimum, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Who you are:

We’re looking for Electricians with a proven track record of safety and customer excellence. You’ll be representing our brands in our customers’ homes; in many cases, the first face‑to‑face contact a customer has with Octopus Energy – so our expectations are high.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Installing any of our exciting low‑carbon technology in customers’ homes.
  • Working collaboratively with our wider team to deliver solutions that are right for you and your customers.
  • Using your knowledge and experience of electrical works to complete installations and deliver outstanding customer service that our customers know and love.
  • Continuously learning about new technologies at our innovative R&D training centre.

You must:

  • Have a full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Have a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent, 18th Edition, Part P/installation qualification and Inspection & Testing qualifications.

Other qualities we’d love to see include:

  • A flexible working approach.
  • Customer service experience.
  • It would also be pretty awesome if you have EV or solar qualifications.
