About this opportunity

We’re delivering high-impact change across our Individual Lab, and we’re looking for an Integrator to help us coordinate complex, multi‑party implementations. This is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our Lab and external stakeholders — including other Labs, platforms, Group Executive Functions, and third‑party suppliers. You’ll be responsible for managing dependencies, resolving blockers, and ensuring safe delivery of high‑risk change. Day to day, you will:

  • Develop and manage integration task sequencing aligned to the Lab backlog
  • Catalogue and coordinate dependencies across teams and stakeholders
  • Act as the interface between suppliers and key business stakeholders
  • Lead complex, high‑risk implementations across internal and external parties
  • Coordinate shared infrastructure changes
  • Support governance activities across multiple Labs
  • Identify and mitigate delivery blockers, escalating where needed
