Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development or similar role, preferably in EMEA.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA market landscape and the ability to identify opportunities.
  • Fluency in English & Dutch required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyse data.
  • You love being on the phone and understand that high output with targeted prospecting is key.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new business leads through research, cold outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demos to effectively communicate value.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Consistently deliver on SQL targets by executing outbound sales activities.
  • Collaborate with your dedicated Sales Executive in a pod set-up to hit targets.
  • Leverage our tech stack (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Cognism, Nooks and Salesforce) to reach prospects.
  • Touch a minimum of up to 800 leads per month.
  • Schedule 10-20 demos per month.
  • 4 days in-office required (based in Central London).
