Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and building relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
- Understanding customer needs and helping them with their travel money requirements.
- Applying training to offer expert advice on our products and services.
- Processing foreign exchange transactions and online orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.
