- Help create automated nurture journeys and contact plans that attract, retain, and engage brokers and customers.
- Deliver personalised digital campaigns across email, social, and other channels to support ABM goals.
- Track performance, spot trends, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and conversions.
- Share clear insights and ideas to improve results and test new tools to increase efficiency.
- Keep digital content up to date and make improvements that support a better user experience, working closely with the Digital Marketing team.

- Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and customer journey mapping to support effective targeting and engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, alongside competence in digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4.
