Job Summary
Domestic Major Loss Adjuster – London & South East.
Permanent role. Competitive salary based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex major domestic loss cases exceeding £100,000.
- Coordinate internal and external specialists, negotiate fair settlements, and maintain accurate case documentation.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide day‑to‑day support to a team of adjusters and contribute to overall case management.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence with ability to travel by car.
- Demonstrable experience handling domestic major losses over £100,000 on a chargeable basis or a keen desire to progress to this level.
- Dip CILA/ACILA status or working toward qualification.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
