We are looking for empathetic, passionate and hardworking Care Workers for our Extra Care Scheme located in Doddington. Duties will vary on a day to day basis, we value our service users and encourage them to be as independent as possible. General day to day duties may include supporting with personal care needs, prompting, or assisting with medication, preparing and serving meals, additional activities that support their health and well-being.

We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people. Our goal is to provide housing with care based on an enabling approach with an outcome focused support planning process. As a large provider of social care services, Mears works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.
