We are looking for a highly creative, strategically minded and culturally connected social media leader to shape the digital presence of one of the most globally recognised names in the world; leading the social media vision, creative direction and long-term platform strategy across a variety of global social media channels.
We are looking for a creative thinker – someone who understands how to create moments, campaigns and storytelling that cut through the noise and drive genuine audience connection. You will bring original thinking and an elevated creative point of view, with the confidence to champion bold ideas and push boundaries when appropriate.
Working in the Marketing and Communications team, you will oversee campaign ideation, social media creative development and planning across platforms. While remaining hands‑on with day‑to‑day execution, your focus will be setting strategy, leading creative direction and driving innovative social‑first campaigns that feel authentic, culturally relevant and commercially impactful.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding and curiosity for culture, audience behaviour and evolving platform trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging digital ecosystems. You understand how to leverage platform tools, algorithms and insights to maximise engagement, but instinctively lead with creativity and cultural relevance over formulaic tactics.
You thrive in fast‑paced environments and are equally comfortable building long‑term strategic campaigns as you are reacting quickly to real‑time cultural moments and opportunities. Fundamental to everything you do will be strong creative instinct, audience understanding and a passion for creating best‑in‑class social content that grows and engages global fan communities.

- Collaborate with internal creative, production, partnerships and communications teams to deliver culturally relevant content.
- Manage external agencies, creative partners and collaborators where required.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviours and emerging technologies to evolve content strategy.
