What You Bring
- Core Experience
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Significant HR leadership experience as a Business Partner or Generalist in a global organization.
- Proven track record leading HR teams across multiple regions.
- Deep expertise in employee relations, organizational change, and matrix environments.
- Strong analytical thinking with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in fast‑paced, complex environments.

- Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience shaping long‑term, strategic HR initiatives at global scale.
- Background in HR shared services and operating models.
- Experience working across countries with works councils or employee representatives.
