Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Social Insights Manager to help turn social data into clear, actionable insight. You’ll be naturally curious and analytical, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour, cultural trends and the evolving social landscape. Comfortable working with complex data sets, you’ll be able to uncover meaningful insights and translate findings into clear recommendations that inform strategy and decision-making. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively across teams and confidently communicate insight-led thinking to both internal stakeholders and clients.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collating and processing high volumes of social-first performance data
- Monitoring and reporting on performance, both from a campaign perspective and for always-on activity
- Distilling clear actions and insight through the data making recommendations and presenting findings in a clear, client-facing manner
- Crafting clear performance analysis and narratives in reporting
- Closely working alongside a team of strategists to develop data-driven work for both current clients and new business prospects
- Creating social dashboards to help aid and manage reporting across the agency. These will be client specific and update in real time to pull results efficiently
- Develop an agency proposition on reporting and ‘which metrics matter’, allowing us to advise our clients in the best way possible
What you’ll need:
- Long-term expertise in social listening & digital analytics, with proven ability to impact social strategy
- Strong knowledge of social media vendors ranging from listening, trendspotting and audience research
- Great expertise with social media measurement tools and platforms
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to build productive relationships with key partners
- Digital curiosity and passion to learn new, rapidly evolving platforms and stay abreast of trends
- Demonstrate critical thinking skills to think, plan and execute resourcefully across multiple tasks
- Team-player; ability to work with all business divisions in a proactive manner while driving results
- Adapts easily to changing situations and demonstrates flexibility in juggling priorities
- Demonstrates strong ability to understand and adapt to significant shifts impacting social media (e.g. algorithms reshaping social media landscape)
