We are recruiting for a Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
SHIFT PATTERN (e.g. 39 hours, 5 days per week)
Responsibilities
- Ensure departmental administration is carried out efficiently and log‑in systems are accurate at all times
- Monitor and administer payroll forecasts & actuals through effective planning
- Monitor expenditure, ensuring compliance with the annual budget
- Source and implement efficient set‑up for guest amenities and linen supplies
- Maintain all linen in accordance with operating needs and par stock, building strong relationships with third‑party suppliers and addressing quality concerns
- Work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week, with flexibility for morning, evening, night, weekends and bank holidays
