The Role
As the ETF team expands distribution internationally, we are seeking a key contributor to help lead efforts in the Asia Pacific region. The Head of APAC ETF Product Strategy will drive ETF growth and engagement across the region by delivering product expertise and supporting distribution strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Represent investment and product teams by providing ETF solutions, expertise, and insights
- Develop materials and compile data for use in thought leadership and distribution efforts
- Support business partners in identifying and developing relationships with prospective firms and advisors
- Collaborate on sales and distribution strategies for Fidelity’s ETFs in the APAC region
- Join appropriately licensed sales professionals in client meetings
- Work cross‑functionally within Asset Management to influence the product roadmap, develop messaging, and create core content to support ETF growth
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
- 5+ years of sales or product experience, with deep expertise in ETFs, including capital markets, solutions, business development, and competitive landscape knowledge
- Licensing from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), as required
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proven success collaborating with internal and external business partners
- Ability to influence strategy and direction across teams and channels
- Credibility and presence to effectively represent Fidelity’s investment process and brand

The ETF team is responsible for expanding Fidelity’s ETF franchise through new product development and ongoing management of the existing lineup, working in close collaboration across the organization.
