We are seeking a visionary Enterprise Architect to shape the future of our technology landscape. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between business strategy and cutting‑edge technology, driving the architectural vision that powers the world’s most trusted financial benchmarks. • Establish design authorities and lead AI‑assisted architecture reviews that ensure quality while accelerating delivery.
  • Champion LSEG’s architecture standards across the organization, working collaboratively with engineering leads to define common patterns and best practices.
  • Translate complex requirements into elegant, actionable solution designs that balance cost, security, scalability, testability, and maintainability.
  • Lead with influence by engaging with executives, engineers, and product teams to ensure alignment with a strong focus towards execution.

Technology & Architecture Strategy

  • Shape the strategic technology vision that supports our ambition to be the world’s #1 benchmark and indices provider.
  • Architect high‑performance infrastructure on AWS that enables rapid innovation and seamless delivery across all index types.
  • Drive AI adoption and emerging technologies, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Build the platform for innovation through a strong Engineering‑Research partnership, enabling data science to flourish.

Business & Product Partnership

  • Partner with product, engineering, operations and other business leaders to ensure technology decisions are aligned with business goals and client needs.
  • Be a trusted thought partner to Operations and Product, connecting dots across the organization to identify synergies and drive alignment.
  • Bridge the gap between various departments to identify partnerships and create alignment towards common objectives.

Leadership & Change Management

  • Engage, mentor, and inspire cross‑functional teams to drive technology transformation.
  • Simplify complexity: Distill intricate challenges into clear, actionable deliverables enabling business‑wide innovation.
