What will you be doing?

  • Leadership & Strategic Oversight: Lead a high-performing finance team focused on portfolio-level impact. Develop talent with an investment mindset to support disciplined decision-making, capital allocation, and value creation across portfolio companies.
  • Financial Processes & Reporting Excellence: Drive the standardization, automation, and improvement of central financial processes to ensure accurate, timely, and actionable portfolio-level reporting. Enable the Group to monitor performance and make investment-grade decisions efficiently.
  • Investment Analysis & Portfolio Insight: Produce and interpret robust financial analysis, business modelling, and scenario planning to support strategic initiatives, capital deployment, and exit readiness. Provide insights that shape portfolio strategy and maximize returns.
  • Executive Storytelling & Decision Support: Consolidate and present complex financial information to Executive leadership and Investment Committees. Translate data into clear, actionable insights that inform investment strategy, capital allocation, and value creation plans.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Capital Optimization: Partner with senior stakeholders — including investment teams, portfolio company executives, and central functions — to influence strategic decisions, optimize capital use, and track value creation initiatives across the portfolio.

We tend to look for people with:

  • A strong background across one of, or a combination of: Banking, Consulting, Private Equity, Fintech and/or other adjacent industries.
  • Good generalist experience across core finance activities such as: business partnering, capital allocation (FP&A) etc. with a track record of managing financial budgets, actuals, business cases, modelling and project coordination.
  • Experience in an International or Pan-European environment.
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced environment with a focus on value creation.
