About the Role

You will serve as a strategic, results-driven sales leader responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing outbound sales teams within cloud SaaS industries. Your role will develop and mentor an AI & Startups sales team and support an Enterprise BDR team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading sales teams with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/sales development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in opportunity assessment, value discovery, and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong understanding of MEDDIC methodology and its application in pipeline qualification.
  • Ability to identify key contacts, craft compelling outreach, and drive engagement.
  • Deep passion for outbound prospecting and sales process optimization.
  • Experience in Kubernetes, cloud sales, or DevOps is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team of Account Executives and BDRs to drive pipeline growth.
  • Develop and optimize outbound sales strategies.
  • Implement and refine qualification frameworks to ensure high-quality leads.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve outreach efficiency.
