Joining our team as a Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Service Provider Management: Responsible for the management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance including identification and onboarding of suitable partners.
  • Capacity communication and coordination: Establish a close communication mechanism to coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Exception Handling: Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; approximately five years of experience in last mile delivery partnership management, with a deep understanding of partnership models and operational logic.
  • Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language; local language skills required.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.
